CONGRESS SCOPE    

The main goal of the organized Congress is to combine various scientific disciplines related to health sciences , Sport sciences , Energy and Environmental Sustainability, and sustainable development in the human environment.

Important Dates

Deadline for abstract submission: 20 March  2026 (The abstract submission deadline has been extended until April 10)
Deadline for full text: 20 April 2026
Publication of the Congress program: 15 April 2026
Publication of proceeding book: 15 June 2026

Important note: There is no obligation to submit the full text; only the abstracts of our participants can be published if they wish. Sending the similarity report (maximum 25%) when sending your full text will make the referee process go faster.

PARTICIPATION METHOD    

There will be online and Face-to-Face Participation. Face-to-face presentations will be held at ALANYA ALAADDIN KEYKUBAT UNIVERSITY 23-25 April 2026.

CONGRESS FEE

Online participation with a single paper or two papers are 30 Dolars

Face-to-face participation with a single or two papers are 70 Dolars,

Congress fee for the Students will be 20 Dolars.

Note: If you receive an acceptance letter, you must make your payment and send the receipt by email.

ABSTRACT/MANUSCRIPT GUIDE FOR AUTHORS

​ Abstract Submission

You are required to submit an abstract in order to apply to our congress. The abstract evaluation process takes a maximum of three days, and authors will be promptly informed of the outcome. Abstracts must be between 200 and 300 words in length. Please submit your abstract in Word/Doc format to ihsec2026@alanya.edu.tr. Click here for a sample abstract.

Full Paper Submission

Submission of a full paper is not mandatory for participation in our congress. However, if you wish to have your full paper published in the congress proceedings, you are required to submit it after your abstract has been accepted. Please send your full paper to ihsec2026@alanya.edu.tr by the specified deadline.

The registration desk will be open between 09:00-13:00 on 23--24 April 2026.

CONGRESS LANGUAGE

Conference Collar Card

Collar card will be distributed to all participants and accompanying persons. It is requested that you wear your collar card in all scientific and social activities so that the conference order and security can be provided.

Certificate of      Participation

All participants who register      for the Congress will be given a certificate of participation at the registration desk.

Poster Area

Only digital presentations will be provided for those who want to make poster presentations at the Congress, and they will be able to exhibit in the area reserved for them in the Congress center. The exhibition area will be open to the visit of the participants throughout the Congress.

Publishing Possibilities

Full-text articles submitted to the Congress can be published optionally in the Proceeding Book (free of charge).
